Yes, interpreting equipment can be provided upon quote and special request.  For more information, please request an obligation free quote.

Our interpreters frequently accompany clients to USCIS and Immigration related interviews including Asylum cases.  We have interpreters that are experienced in and provide specialized sessions to clients needing assistance and guidance for Immigration Related purposes in the U.S.

All of our interpreters sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) which is strictly enforced by our firm to protect your privacy.

Once the interpreter has been scheduled, you will receive a call from the interpreter 24-48 hours prior to the project to introduce themselves and ask for any specific information relating to the assignment or location.

The total interpreting cost depends upon many factors, including the languages, time scheduled, hours of the projects, locations, etc..  For more information, please visit our Interpreting Page.

In the event that the interpreting project goes overtime, you will be billed at the Platinum Rate ($110 per hour) at the beginning of each hour for the additional time.

Yes, we have the capability to customize your business ordering portal as per your organizational need.

Yes, we provide monthly invoicing to eligible enterprise clients that have a recurring need on a monthly basis.  There is a $500 monthly minimum that has to be met in order to be approved for monthly invoicing.  If your organization is interested in this option please register on our website.

We provide various training to our interpreters to meet your needs.  All of our interpreters are required to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreements) which is strictly enforced by our company to ensure and protect you and your clients’ privacy.

If additional training needs to be administered to our interpreters, please let us know and we will be more than happy to provide it to the interpreters that will service your organization.
