By logging into your  Account (LOGIN NOW) and selecting the Telephone Access feature on the left side menu.

You are also able to print your dedicated access line credentials by clicking the print button from your client portal.

Yes, we are able to setup a conference call for you and your clients (partners) to dial in a dedicated service line, at a specified time where the interpreter will be waiting for you as scheduled.  (SCHEDULE NOW)

There is a fee of $4.99 for setting up a conference call, where both you and your clients are able to dial in.

You can connect to a live interpreter instantly via the Instant Telephonic Scheduling by either:
1.       Registering online with valid credit card and calling the dedicated service line provided once registration has been completed.
2.       Calling 1-855-773-2512, providing your credit card information, and selecting language pair.

You can schedule a phone interpreter by either accessing the Instant Telephonic Scheduling in real time or schedule a telephonic interpreter session ahead of time using Advance Telephonic Scheduling.

You can connect to a live interpreter instantly via the ITS system by either:
1.       Registering online with valid credit card and calling the dedicated service line.
2.       Calling 1-855-773-2512, providing your credit card information, and selecting language pair.

If you need to schedule a telephonic interpreter session (at least 2 hours in advance) for a specific date and time, you can do that by using the ATS system. (SCHEDULE NOW)
